Midalidare: A Treasure in the Heart of Sredna Gora

Midalidare Wine Estate, located in the village of Mogilovo, in the heart of Sredna Gora, is a true natural gem. This unique place spans 160 hectares of meticulously cultivated vineyards and is home to two wineries.

The history of Midalidare is a history of action. The estate is constantly developing both in its main activity and in the fields of tourism, agriculture, and aquaculture.

In winemaking, various practices, methodologies, and developments are constantly being experimented with. New technologies are being implemented, varietal diversity is increasing, and investments are being made in improving quality and optimizing processes. All development is always in line with what nature offers, always socially oriented.

The climatic conditions and soils of the Thracian Valley also play an important role in the quality of Midalidare wines. The combination of conditions in Mogilovo is remarkable. What makes the micro-region and terroir unique is the large temperature amplitude. Both an advantage and a disadvantage for viticulture, the difference between day and night temperatures can reach 20°C. And although a prerequisite for spring frosts on the vines, the large amplitudes in Midalidare are considered a natural gift.

Midalidare Wine Estate offers unique wine experiences that will satisfy every lover of fine drinks.
