The Recipe:

• 50 ml. Jim Beam
• 15 ml. liquid honey
• 20 ml. fresh lemon juice
• 150 ml. sparkling water
• lemon peel
  

Method: Build

Fill a glass with ice to the top. Pour in the water and add fresh lemon juice and honey syrup. Pour in the bourbon and garnish with lemon.
