Orders
The minimum value for an online order is BGN 30.
Orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 4 working days, except when a different delivery period is specified on the specific product page.
Delivery
VIDA offers delivery in Sofia and throughout the country, as well as the option to pick up online orders from our boutique.
Sofia
Standard delivery within Sofia is free for orders over BGN 89.99 including VAT, when delivered by VIDA's own transport.
For orders under BGN 89.99 including VAT, delivery by VIDA's own transport within Sofia is BGN 5.99 including VAT.
When choosing delivery by Speedy courier service to an address or office, the delivery cost is BGN 8.99 including VAT.
Click & Collect
All online orders over BGN 30 can be picked up in person from our VIDA MULTISPOT boutique at:
Sofia, 113 Bulgaria Blvd.
No delivery fee is charged for Click & Collect.
Nationwide Delivery
Nationwide delivery is carried out by Speedy courier service.
For orders under BGN 89.99 including VAT, the delivery cost is BGN 8.99 including VAT.
Delivery is free for all orders over BGN 89.99 including VAT.
Important: For settlements served on a schedule by the courier company, the delivery period may be extended until the day of visit to the respective settlement. You can check if your settlement is served on a separate schedule via Speedy.
All shipments from VIDA Wine & Spirits are insured. In case of breakage during transport, the damage is not at the customer's expense.
Payment Methods
Payment for ordered products can be made in one of the following ways:
Cash on Delivery / COD
Cash payment to the courier upon delivery.
This method is available to registered and unregistered users and is applicable only when choosing courier delivery.
Bank Transfer
Payment by bank transfer is available only to registered users.
The order is dispatched after the transfer is received in VIDA's bank account.
