Beluga is a super premium Russian vodka, created by true professionals who settle for nothing less than perfect results. The brand's products successfully combine the latest technological methods and centuries-old traditions of vodka production, which, together with their unsurpassed taste, establish Beluga as a renowned global brand and a symbol of luxury.
The vodka is named after the beluga fish, whose black caviar is an extremely expensive delicacy not only in Russia but all over the world. The fish inhabits crystal clear waters and symbolizes the purity of nature. The brand's products are produced at the "Mariinsky Distillery" in the Kemerovo region, in Siberia. Mariinsk is located about 3800 km east of the Russian capital Moscow. As early as 1698, the settlement appeared on the map of Western Siberia under the name Kiyskoye. In 1856, it was granted city status and renamed Kiysk. A year later, Emperor Alexander II again changed its name, and since then, the settlement has been called Mariinsk. The distillery was built in 1900 and has long traditions in vodka production. In 2006, it was bought by JSC Synergy with the aim of producing the company's entire range of alcoholic products in Siberia.
The Beluga brand is well-known and admired by people in over 40 countries in Europe, America, Asia, and the Middle East. The brand's philosophy is focused on following high standards, which allows the widest possible audience to experience the refined taste of the products. The number of countries where Beluga vodkas are offered is constantly growing due to continuous marketing activities and an integrated approach to promoting the brand's popularity.
Beluga's motto is "Freedom of Luxury". It is no coincidence that the brand's marketing initiatives are directed towards luxury events such as yacht races, polo, exhibitions, and charity events, which are attractive to successful people with high social status. Yachts sailing under Beluga flags and their polo teams have won numerous international tournaments.
In the production of Beluga vodka, traditional methods are followed, and some special ingredients such as honey, oat extracts, rice, and milk thistle are used. Their addition does not mean that the vodka is flavored, as they are in extremely small quantities, but they significantly contribute to the individual character and recognizable image of the brand's products.
The brand's portfolio includes two main products - Beluga Noble and Beluga Gold Line, as well as two limited editions - Beluga Transatlantic Racing and Beluga Allure. Extreme care and attention are given to the creation of the products, and their appearance also impresses vodka connoisseurs. The label and the metal fish on the bottles are applied by hand. Beluga Gold Line also has a special final touch - the neck of the bottle and the cork stopper are dipped in molten red wax, on which a distinctive brand seal is placed. In addition, a unique serial number is written on the label of each bottle.
One of the proofs of the brand's uncompromising quality is the numerous international awards it has received over the years. In 2013, Beluga Gold Line was awarded the prestigious Robb Report "Best of the Best 2013" award in the alcoholic beverages segment. A year later, the brand ranked 4th among the most prosperous international alcoholic beverage brands for 2014.
