Chef PRO was founded in 2019 as a platform for restaurant outsourcing or a SHARED KITCHEN by professionals from two bordering industries within the tourism ecosystem – restaurant management and bartending. Behind it are Chef Plamen Evropeyski, who has over 20 years of experience as a head chef in emblematic establishments in Sofia, and Petra Dimitrova and Darko Angeleski – owners of 5L Speakeasy Bar and Bar Academy Bulgaria.

Our spicy collection includes flavors and recipes from traditional places like Mexico, where spiciness is an integral part of the culinary tradition for seasoning various types of meats and dishes. These irresistible specialties include green tomato and jalapeño salsas, roasted peppers and grilled tomatoes, chipotle in adobo sauce, guacamole, and for the more adventurous gourmet, spicy honey with hazelnuts and walnuts and spicy chocolate with amaretto, oranges, and chili.
