The "Patesa" brand, by the Bulgarian-French company "Alliance Agricole - ALAG", has been present on the Bulgarian market for more than a quarter of a century.

With inspiration and great enthusiasm, we created the production of a specific, yet unique traditional French product, which to this day is an indispensable part of the menu of the great masters of culinary art worldwide.

We raise our ducks free-range on our own farms south of the city of Yambol.
