Angel's Estate

Angel's Estate Winery is one of the shining diamonds of our domestic production

Angel's Estate winery is located next to Zherebchevo Dam, in the slopes of Sredna Gora mountain. This is where the name of our wine STALLION comes from - a symbol of emerging new life, filled with energy and love.

The winery is situated on a total area of 14,000 sq. m, 7,000 sq. m of which are underground. This allows the technological process to be carried out by gravity. Angel's Estate winery has a capacity to process 650 tons of grapes.

On an area of 3,000 sq. m, there are:

a total of 88 fermenters.
72 stainless steel fermenters - vat type, thermally insulated, with capacities of 7 and 8 tons each
15 wooden French vats of 7 tons each
one blending tank of 30 tons

Terroir

Our location is near Zhrebchevo Dam, Nova Zagora. The soil composition is diverse: sandy-stony, cinnamon-forest, and clay-limestone.

Vineyards

Angel's Estate owns 1500 decares of new vineyards. The vine density is 500 vines per decare. The row width is 2 m and 1 m between the vines. The varietal composition of the vineyards is 70% red varieties and 30% white varieties.

Technology

The wines are produced using unconventional technology, combined with manual labor. We have two cellar rooms for aging wine in 225-liter barriques with a capacity of 1400 barriques and 420 barriques, at controlled temperature on two levels.
