Domaine Menada is one of the oldest wineries. It was founded in 1901 as the Lozа cooperative. In 2002, it became part of the French holding Belvedere, which was renamed Marie Brizard Wine and Spirits in 2015.
The vineyards are located at the foot of Sredna Gora in the lands of the villages of Elhovo, Gorno Botevo, and Mogilovo. The total area of the vineyards is 375 hectares. Both traditional and well-known varieties such as Rubin, Mavrud, etc., as well as interesting and popular foreign varieties such as Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay, Regent, Viognier, and others are cultivated and processed.
The winery's processing capacity is over 8,000 tons of white and red grapes, and the production capacity is 20 million bottles per year.
The winery pays special attention and care to the vineyards, and is equipped with everything necessary for the production of quality wines, some of which age in new, top-quality French oak barrels.
"Domaine Menada" is located in Stara Zagora - one of the oldest Bulgarian cities, successor to the ancient Roman Augusta Traiana. The city is located in the center of Southern Bulgaria, at the foot of Sredna Gora. The winery owns an area with more than 426 hectares of vineyards. The terrain of the region is rugged, sloping to the south. The altitude ranges from 170 to 260 m.

the winery was completely modernized and today it includes a cellar for primary winemaking, workshops for stabilization, bottling, and packaging of wine. There is also a modern chemical laboratory for analyzing the produced wines. The capacity of "Domaine Menada" is 20 million bottles per year.
