Domaine Marash

The team uses modern technologies in viticulture. Minimal technological interventions are applied in wine production to preserve the varietal character and express the region and terroir.

Marash Winery was established in 2009 with the aim of producing high-quality wines and brandies. In 2008, the project began with the planting of 450 decares of vineyards in the land of the village of Nedyalsko, Yambol region. The winery is located in the town of Straldzha, Southeastern Thracian lowland, a region known in the past for its traditions in growing and producing wine and high-alcohol beverages.

The first winemaking campaign of Marash Winery was in 2010. The brands that Marash Winery develops are: MARASH, LENEA, MEANDRA, M’Series and ERKESIA brandy.

The winery has a 6000 hectoliter stainless steel tank capacity in vessels ranging from 10ha to 500ha. Small, limited batches are vinified and aged in French and American oak barrels.

In 2018, in partnership, Marash Winery cultivates a vineyard in the Eastern Black Sea region in the land of the village of Belogradets, Vetrino Municipality, Varna Region, with an area of 382 decares
