Manastira Winery specializes in the production of high-quality wines. It is located in Southern Bulgaria, 25 km northwest of Pazardzhik and 70 km from Sofia, in a deep valley surrounded by the slopes of Sredna Gora, along the banks of the Topolnitsa River. It is situated in the most suitable region for grape cultivation in Bulgaria – the Thracian Valley. Winemaking in this area boasts thousands of years of winemaking traditions. It is built on a territory with rich cultural and historical heritage.

Evidence of this are the remains of a former church center, which gave the area its name – "Manastira" (The Monastery). Our love for history, the richness of Bulgarian nature, and good wine help us transform this piece of land into an earthly paradise.

At Manastira Winery, we create wines with great passion and love. A team of specialists is at the core of creating the wines, made from well-selected grapes from our own vineyards, controlled year-round. Before being offered to the market, the wines undergo mandatory aging in new barriques.

Manastira Winery has first-class vineyards of the following varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Mavrud, Merlot, Syrah, and Ancellotta, as well as white grape varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscat Ottonel.
