Staro Oryahovo Winery is a small, family-owned winery embodying the spirit of the new wave of Bulgarian wines. The winery is located 30 km south of Varna. The vineyards are characterized by an incredible location near the Eleshnitsa dam. The vines are tended with respect for the terroir and yield a clean harvest of well-ripened grapes. The winery produces quality wines from local varieties, primarily found on the menus of good restaurants, specialized small shops, and the tables of connoisseurs of fine style.

The winery was established in 2013. It vinifies grapes from its own vineyards, which were first planted in 2010.
