Orbelia

Our idea is to create high-quality wines from grape varieties traditional for the region, striving to preserve the old wine traditions in the region, which date back to the time of the Thracians. To this end, we pay special attention to the grapes we harvest from our own vineyards in the Petrich area and the technologies we use to produce our wines.

Oрбелия е семейна винарна създадена от Костадин Чорбаджийски и неговото семейство. Разпожена е в подножието на планина Беласица, до с. Коларово, на 12 км. западно от гр.

Петрич. Орбелия е древното тракийско име на планинския масив и в превод означава бяла, красива планина. Винарната отваря врати през 2013 г. и разполага със съвременно технологично и лабораторно оборудване и предлага отлични условия за винен туризъм и дегустации. Част от вината отлежават във френски, български и американски дъбови бъчви тип барик.

С любов и много внимание отглеждаме традиционните за региона червени сортове: Широка мелнишка лоза, Ранна Мелнишка лоза, Мерло, Каберне Совиньон, Каберне Фран и бели сортове: Сандански Мискет, Шардоне,Мускат Отонел.

Terroir

Our vineyards are planted on cinnamon forest, diluvial, and alluvial-meadow soils, which provide excellent conditions for their development. They are located in the lands of the villages of Mitinovo and Starchevo.

The Petrich-Sandanski field is the sunniest and warmest Bulgarian region, with rich history and beautiful nature, a region where viticulture has millennia-old traditions.
