Description

100% carefully selected whole grape bunches of Muscat Ottonel transformed into wine material and, after distillation, aged for at least five years in exclusively Bulgarian oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Rakia "Alambik" combines the nobility of five years of aging in oak barrels with a unique aromatic character. Crafted entirely from hand-picked Muscat Ottonel, it cheerfully leads you to a richness of nuances – peach, toasted almonds, and truffles confidently unfold in the endless, multi-layered finish.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

There is only one place in Southeast Europe where rakia is produced using an original French "Alambic" type distillery – this is Chernomorsko Zlato Pomorie. Precisely crafted from copper, with dephlegmators resembling the shape of a pear, this distillery is considered the best in the world according to classical standards.
