The estate, which began its history in 1992, now covers over 1,200 decares, in the lands of the villages of Kapatovo and Zornitsa. This area is home to orchards, lavender and olive groves, as well as 270 decares of vineyards. The white grape varieties grown are Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, and the red varieties are represented by Syrah, Marselan, Petit Verdot, Primitivo, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Carignan.
