The Balkans are the only place in the world where snails naturally ingest two extremely beneficial bacteria for humans: Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. This further enriches the taste of our snail meat, and the combination with a selective blend of olive oils guarantees a unique gastronomic experience.

Sterilized premium selected and separated snail meat kernels, in an extra virgin olive oil dressing. For direct consumption or as an ingredient in salads, quick meals, appetizers, main courses, and specialties. All processes are manual and strictly controlled.
