Боровица е изба от Белоградчик — малка, с култов статус сред българските ценители и с лозя в едни от най-хладните райони на страната. Пино ноар обича точно такъв климат: светъл цвят, вишна и малина, ниски танини и жива киселинност. Сервирайте леко охладено, на 14–16 °C — пино ноарът е едно от малкото червени вина, които печелят от това.

Aroma: Aroma of black cherries and sour cherries, a light mineral nuance, spices and coffee.
Taste: Harmonious, light-bodied, rounded tannins, fruitiness and complexity. Sweet tannins and a long finish.
