Raspberry rakia, Vidinska Gamza is a modern fruit rakia, made from well-ripened raspberries. The distillate is obtained through fermentation and distillation of raspberries, after which it ages with an infusion of fresh raspberries for additional aromatic depth.

The result is a balanced drink with a rich raspberry taste, natural sweetness, and a delicate pink color. It is suitable as an aperitif, for special occasions, or as an interesting fruity accent to desserts.
