Rubaiyat Special Rakia, Vinex Preslav is a special grape rakia produced by classic double distillation of wine from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties. The aim is to preserve the varietal expressiveness, freshness and richness of taste.

The rakia has a clean, noble and soft profile, suitable as both an aperitif and a digestif. It pairs well with nuts, fine cheeses, meat appetizers, foie gras, and more elegant canapés.
