Rubaiyat Special Hot Rakia, Vinex Preslav is an unconventional grape rakia, produced by classic distillation from Chardonnay and aged for 6 months in small oak barrels. The characteristic accent comes from the Piri-piri pepper, which adds a gentle spiciness and a bolder flavor profile.

This rakia is for lovers of more interesting and memorable drinks. It is suitable for spicy appetizers, grilled dishes, mature cheeses, smoked meats, and tastings of a more experimental nature.
