Rosalza, Chateau Copsa is an elegant grape rakia, created from grapes from the winery's own vineyards in the Rose Valley near Karlovo. The rakia is aged for 5 years in oak, which gives it an amber color, softness, and a richer fruity character.

This is a stylish rakia with a smooth taste, suitable as both an aperitif and a digestif. It pairs well with desserts, nuts, light cheeses, and relaxed tasting moments.
