Cherry rakia Isperih is an aromatic Bulgarian fruit rakia, made from selected cherry varieties such as Bing, Van, Kordia, Lambert, and Bigarreau Burlat. The fruit originates from the regions of Plovdiv and Isperih, which give the drink a fresh and expressive fruit profile.

The rakia impresses with a pure cherry aroma, delicate sweetness, and a soft mouthfeel. It is suitable for serving in small tulip-shaped glasses, as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to desserts and fruit platters.
