TASTING CHARACTERISTICS

BLACK SEA GOLD 25 XO brandy is distinguished by its beautiful dark amber color. The strong bouquet is dominated by nuances of dried fruits, chocolate, and delicate aromas of hazelnuts, which combine very well with gentle vanilla notes. Elegant and strong, it reveals balance and completeness.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Produced using classic technology from wine distillate, aged for over 25 years in oak barrels from Strandzha oak, which give it an exquisite taste and a rich range of aromas. It is then transferred to 10-ton maturation barrels, where the blend matures for a minimum of 6 months to achieve balance and harmony.
