TASTING CHARACTERISTICS

Black Sea Gold V.S.O.P. Brandy has a beautiful amber color with slight reddish hues. Its aroma combines concentrated nuances of dried fruits, juicy figs, and vanilla, acquired from aging in Strandzha oak barrels. Its subsequent maturation in larger oak vats gives the brandy harmony and softness, combined with an exceptional and memorable taste and aroma.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Produced using classic technology from wine distillate, which ages for more than 7 years in traditional oak barrels with a volume of 350 - 500 liters. This is followed by blending in larger vats with a volume of 8-10 tons, also made from traditional Strandzha oak from the region, where the blend ages for a minimum of 6 months to achieve balance and harmony.
