TASTING NOTES

The 12-year-old rakia from the "Burgas 63" series combines a bouquet of fig and acacia aromas with hints of vanilla, acquired from the aging of the wine distillate for twelve years in oak barrels.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

The Muscat Ottonel wine distillate ages in transport barrels, where it develops its potential for 12 years, after which it is transferred to 10-ton aging barrels, where the blend rests for a minimum of six months to achieve balance and harmony.
