Description

Krushova Popska Rakia, Vidinska Gamza is a boutique fruit brandy, made from the wild "Popska" pear variety from the lands of Radul village. The fruits are harvested at technological maturity to achieve the most intense and clean aroma during fermentation.

The rakia is double-distilled in a column still and aged for 24 months in small oak barrels. It has a natural fruity character, a delicate oak softness, and an authentic style, with the possibility of noble sediment or slight cloudiness when chilled.
