Rakia From the Minkov Brothers Cellar is a fine grape rakia, produced from specially selected Muscat Ottonel from their own vineyards around Karnobat. The absence of oak contact preserves its clear color, fresh aroma, and pure varietal character.

The rakia impresses with delicate muscat notes, white flowers, pear, geranium, and subtle sweetness. It is suitable as an aperitif with fresh salads, appetizers, cheeses, and light meze.
