Rodoslovno Darvo Melnik – the wine in which we have gathered the entire Melnik family – the ancient endemic variety (the mother) Shiroka Melnishka Loza and its modern crossings (its children) – Melnik 55, Melnik 1300, Ruen, Melnik 82 and Melnishki Rubin.

The blend is based on the old variety Shiroka Melnishka Loza (which laid the foundation of the family), Melnik 55 (a crossing between Shiroka Melnishka Loza and the old French variety Valdiguié), Melnik 1300 Yubileen (a crossing between Shiroka Melnishka Loza and the Georgian Saperavi), Melnik 82, Ruen (a crossing between Shiroka Melnishka Loza and Cabernet Sauvignon) and Melnishki Rubin.
