The age of the vineyard for the 2019 vintage is 12 years. The vineyards are cultivated without irrigation, without herbicides, and only with mechanical soil cultivation. Until 2020, conventional preparations for disease and pest control were minimally used, and since the end of 2021, all vineyards have been in the process of organic farming certification.
3 years - aging in oak barrels of various origins and volumes, new and used.
A complex yet elegant wine, worthy of any collection, with potential for positive development in the bottle for at least another 5 years.
In the 2018 vintage, the wine was number 1 in the Di Vino 2022 ranking of the best Bulgarian wines TOP 50.
