The grapes for this elegant wine come from the "Les Combes" plot, where the soils are clay-limestone. Half of the vines were planted between 1934 and 1937, and the other half in 2013. During harvesting, 12 kg crates are used to preserve maximum freshness until the fruit reaches the fermentation stage. Fermentation takes place for a period of 20 days in concrete vats. After that, malolactic fermentation is carried out and the wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels.

Aroma: Tempting aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, harmoniously complemented by notes of dried herbs.
Taste: Velvety sensation on the palate, the wine has a full body and a long and elegant finish.
