The average age of the vineyard is over 100 years and an altitude of over 800m.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGrapes are hand-destemmed, berry by berry. Whole berries ferment in 1000-liter French oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
