Description

The winery is located in San Benedetto di Lugana, in the municipality of Peschiera del Garda, about 25 km west of Verona. The winery's location on the Veneto side of Lake Garda provides it with an exceptionally favourable microclimate. Its area is 70 hectares, located in the best vineyards in Lugana and Valpolicella Classico, right in areas rich in important historical, economic and cultural events and memories. Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico Zenato is a dry red wine. This wine is produced from a selection of the best grape varieties from Valpolicella Classico, grown in the town of Sant'Ambrogio. The grapes are dried for four months, and crushing is only carried out in January. This is followed by slow fermentation with skin contact, after which the wine ages for 36 months in large format Slavonian barrels. It then ages in bottles before being released to the market.

Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico Zenato is a dry red wine made from Corvina, Croatina, Oseleta and Rondinella grapes. The nose reveals delicate aromas of cherry, dried nuts, coffee beans, raisins and plums. The red wine has a full body, velvety tannins and a long finish. You can pair it with desserts or intense cheeses.
