Description

Amarone Classico Riserva is made from hand-picked and carefully selected Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes from an early harvest. These grapes undergo the traditional appassimento method, in which they are left to dry naturally.

The wine ages for more than 5 years in large Slavonian oak barrels, followed by another 6 months in the bottle.
