Розовата версия на Anna de Codorníu — кава по класически метод, с втора ферментация в бутилка и отлежаване върху утайка, точно както се прави шампанското. Пино ноар дава цвета и червеноплодовия профил: ягода, малина и червена ябълка, върху сух и стегнат гръб. Сервирайте на 6–8 °C като аперитив, към тапас или към суши.
