At the heart of the iconic "Aperol Spritz" drink is the invigorating APEROL. With almost a century of history, it made its debut in 1919 at the Padua International Fair. With a low alcohol content (only 11%) and an incomparable complex taste, its recipe – a closely guarded secret – remains unchanged to this day. A blend of various roots and herbs, combined in a perfectly balanced combination. Bright orange in color, it has a unique sweet-bitter taste, with distinct fresh orange notes.

APEROL SPRITZ is one of the cocktails included in the official register of the International Bartenders Association in the New Era Drinks category.
