Appleton Estate 21 Year Old is a "minimum aged" rum, as indicated by the number 21 on the bottle.

This rum is aged in American oak barrels.

Copper, light brown hue with excellent clarity.

Strong yet delicate notes of citrus, spice, and wood. You will also find subtle hints of orange peel, vanilla, nutmeg, warm coffee, and cocoa.

The finish is long and dry, with a brown sugar sweetness that is gentle on the palate.

Sip slowly, neat in a snifter glass.
