Профилът е на портокалов конфитюр, кайсия, мед и подправка, върху остра киселинност, която го държи жив. Сервирайте на 10 °C към синьо сирене, фоа гра или десерт.

Additional Information

Tokaji Aszu is one of the best dessert wines on the market. It's no coincidence it's called "The Wine of Kings". It is made from 90% Furmint and 10% Hárslevelű, with the grapes macerated for 48 hours with the must, then carefully pressed. Fermentation with natural yeasts takes place over a month and a half. The wine then ages for 2 years in smoked Hungarian oak barrels. A limited production of only 700 bottles.
