This wine has always been traditionally produced by the Cesare family with grapes coming from various sub-regions. This is the classic \"formula\" used by the ancient Barolo families to produce a wine that encompasses and combines each of the unique characteristics of the different vineyards and terroirs in the Barolo area. A classic Barolo style. Excellent structure, harmony, and elegance. Soft tannins and balanced fruit. Approachable, yet with a very long aging potential.
