Ktima Biblia Chora е изба от Северна Гърция, основана от двама от най-известните гръцки енолози. Купажът обединява совиньон блан с асиртико — гръцкия сорт от Санторини, известен с почти солената си минералност и много висока киселинност. Резултатът е бяло с цитрус, зелена чушка и ясен минерален гръб. Сервирайте на 8–10 °C към морски дарове, риба или гръцка салата.
