Story: The Black Sea series is named by the owner of the winery as a reference to the future home of the estate, near the Black Sea coast. Every detail on the label of this wine carries a message. There is a boat, borrowed from Mr. Genovski's own boat, and the flight of the gulls in the sky forms the constellation Scorpio, which is also his zodiac sign. The sky is on a white background, with the black sea, symbolizing the day on the label of the white blend from this series.
Additional notes: The grapes are selected and harvested early in the morning by hand, in small crates of 10-12 kilograms. 80% of this blend is produced using the "Saignée" method. Here, the grapes are intended for red wine production, not rosé. The grape mash is left for a short period (from 4 to 12 hours) at a temperature of about 15°C. After the desired color is obtained, about 10-20% of the must, which is intended for rosé production, is drawn off. 20% of this blend is made by the technology of direct pressing of whole grapes.
