Description

The significance of a vineyard lies in its ability to represent a terroir, which is comprised of various factors such as soil composition, microclimate, sunlight, and slope. All these factors influence the grapes and, thus, the taste, aroma, and structure of the wine originating from that particular location. Grapes are harvested by hand. Aged for 24 months in large 500-liter barrels.

Unfiltered, which also makes the wine more complex. 

Intense ruby-garnet, violet reflections. Subtle nuances of fresh cherries, floral notes, hibiscus, delicate hints of tangerine peel. Juicy, red fruit, fine tannins, minerals, notes of red forest berries on the finish, lively structure with aging potential.
