Tenuta Argentiera is located in the magnificent Maremma region, which combines the beauty of the countryside and the sea, situated between forests and the Mediterranean coast. It is in the heart of the small but prestigious Bolgheri region – a terroir dedicated to incredible red wines and synonymous with the famous wines known as "Super Tuscan." The name Argentiera carries significant meaning: it comes from silver ("argento"), mines that were once beneath the hills of this high-lying area of Maremma – a place rich in natural springs and healing waters. The estate is the closest winery to the Tyrrhenian Sea coast and, at the same time, has the highest altitude in the entire Bolgheri territory, reaching 200 meters. This particularity distinguishes it from all other wineries, benefiting from a microclimate with unique characteristics.

Argentiera Bolgheri Superiore is the winery's flagship wine, with a rich and elegant taste and grapes coming from the best vineyards in Tuscany, 2-3 kilometers from the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. The long aging in French and Austrian oak barrels, the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, and the unique terroir of Tenuta Argentiera make this wine one of the best in the Bolgheri area. An incredible Super Tuscan wine.
