Bowmore 12YO is a smoky single malt whisky, possessing the characteristic and memorable taste of Scotland's island whiskies. Multi-layered and well-balanced, 12 YO reflects the true essence of Bowmore – crashing waves, windswept landscapes, and traditions from generations back.

Founded in 1779, Bowmore is the oldest distillery in the Islay region and one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland. One of its maturation warehouses, named “VAULT No 1,” is located below sea level. Bowmore distillery is one of six that use traditional floor malting for part of its production.
