Bushmills 16 Y.O. is triple distilled and matured in bourbon, sherry, and port wine casks. The first 16 years are divided into two equal parts, which mature in the first two types of casks. After blending, they are left for a few more months in port wine casks. The unique aging process gives this single malt notes of juicy fruits, nuts, and spices. Enjoy it neat or on the rocks.
