The remarkable Bushmills 21 YO single malt whiskey matures for 19 years in barrels imbued with the aroma of bourbon and Oloroso sherry, then completes the aging process with another 2 years in Madeira casks. The result – the most impressive whiskey from the Bushmills portfolio – possesses immense depth, where spicy, malty aromas intertwine with subtle notes of dried fruit and spices. The delicate hint of Oloroso sherry – a memory of the barrels in which the whiskey matured – blends with a light breath of vanilla and honey to create a warm, sweet, malty aroma. Bushmills 21 YO originates from the Old Bushmills Distillery – the oldest operating distillery in Ireland.
