Description

The Cabernet Franc from the limited Exclusive Lot series enjoys the sunny, dry and cool September evening, reaching fantastic phenolic and aromatic ripeness. Harvesting and selection are done by hand, with 3 weeks of skin contact and soft extraction. Malolactic fermentation occurs during the last week of skin contact. It ages for 12 months in French oak barrels to achieve tannin harmonization.

Unfiltered, possible sediments are natural.
