Captain Morgan Dark is a dark rum, blended from five types of rum from Jamaica, Guyana, and Barbados. The blend is distilled through a two-stage process and subsequently aged for a period of 2 to 7 years in charred oak barrels. It boasts a rich aroma, with notes of spices, molasses, and pepper. The taste is full-bodied, warming, with notes of stone fruits, dried fruit peel, and anise. The finish has an aftertaste of anise and honey.
