Launched in the autumn of 2019, Carolans Salted Caramel is the first line extension for the industry's second largest Irish Cream brand, established in 1978 in the Irish county of Tipperary. Turlough O'Carolan, the legendary 17th-century harpist, is the namesake of the brand.

Carolans Salted Caramel is made with fresh farm cream, delicious caramel, piquant sea salt, and a touch of naturally sourced honey. All these ingredients provide a delightful twist to the liqueur, creating an explosion of the senses.
