Description

Mionetto е основана във Валдобиадене през 1887 г. и е сред най-старите къщи за просеко. Това е Картице — хълмът от 107 хектара, единственият „гранд крю“ на апелацията, който дава най-концентрираните и най-фините ѝ вина. Зряла круша, кайсия, мед и бадем, с копринена текстура и дълъг финал. Сервирайте на 6–8 °C, най-добре самостоятелно.
