Description

The plot from which Grand Cru Bougros comes enjoys a south-western exposure, which allows the afternoon sun to "bake" the grapes well.

The limestone-clay soil, which contains a higher percentage of clay than other Grand Crus, benefits from a significant supply of groundwater, which yields highly expressive wines with remarkable structure and impressive aging potential.

Aged in oak barrels for 10 months on fine lees, followed by 6 months of aging in stainless steel tanks.

Color: Intense yellow color, with barely noticeable greenish reflections.

Aroma: Brioche, toasted bread, dried apple, mango, honey are just some of the aromas.

Taste: Full-bodied, strong presence and many mineral notes at the end, indicating that we are in Chablis Grand Cru.
