Description

De Sousa Champagne House is a 3rd generation family business. The vineyard is located on 11 hectares in the heart of the famous Côte des Blancs, terroirs classified as Grand Cru.

Champagne production is traditional, with the harvest done by hand from vines, three quarters of which are over 45 years old.

The winery converted to Biodynamics in 1999 and was certified organic in 2010.

 

Blend of 92% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Noir.

Color: pink with orange hues

Aroma: apples and red fruits

Taste: a balance between fruity and fresh
